A Bit About Me

I’ve spent the last two decades training both athletes and soldiers—preparing them for peak performance on the field and in combat zones. From helping athletes dominate their sport to getting troops combat-ready for deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to perform under pressure.

My approach goes far beyond just workouts. I help athletes unlock their full potential by dialing in nutrition, optimizing body composition, improving recovery, and building a stronger, more explosive frame.
